Knee Workshop - This was very helpful to me because I have a lot of time when I feel my knees are painful when I do yoga. Yogesh used the movement of the watch and the strap to compare the movement of the knee. I remember it deeply. The workshop also brought together to practice the position of the knee in yoga class giving details about action to pay attention to and the correct pose. Thank you so much Yogesh.
Eye Workshop - Marksim taught very well. The way he spoke was easily understandable and doing such eye exercises are very effective. Class was very good and interactive which was so funny and happy. He taught us a lot of exercises to relieve eye irritation, also with this course I came to realize eyes, ears, mouth, nose and skin are related, as well as eyes and liver are related, I have benefited a lot from the course..
Iyengar class - For me I feel it’s essential for keeping me aligned and deepening the pose very safely this gives me confidence. Love the discipline of the class and really find it interesting how B.K.S. Iyengar thought so deeply on props and his ways of using them. Linda is an excellent teacher with such passion.
Chair Yoga - Love it because it’s creative, safe and challenging all at the same time. Important that the teacher communicates well with the practitioners so we feel valued that I think is key.
Thank you Yoga Shaala. My family actively attends your sessions. We like the variety in the sessions clubbed with highly professional instructors. Especially during this lockdown, we maintained good physical and mental health attending the online sessions. We also enjoyed the weekend sessions on Breath and Healthy Eyes.

Hatha - Fantastic again, this is a classic class with many levels which is as important as sometimes you feel you can up your game ! Yogesh is excellent.
108 Sun Salutations - Amazing for challenging yourself once a month which is enough for me. Brilliant instruction, very clear as you really don’t want to think of anything but focus on the end goal.!
I would highly recommend the Yin Yoga classes delivered by Yogesh as the practice is an hour full of smooth transfer from one held position to another giving a deep relaxation and deep penetration to joints and connective tissues. The soothing, relaxed delivery always results in a calmness and deep appreciation.
I highly recommend all the meditation classes delivered by the Yoga Shaala team. To experience such total relaxation in each hour session is commendation to the instructors' timely, soothing delivery.
About Yoga Shaala - I would like to share my Yoga experience as a student of Yoga Shaala. I started my yoga classes after lockdown due to COVID-19, I am amazed by seeing the Yoga Shaala schedule as there are varieties of yoga classes each day and find each class is always different from other classes. Everyday I learn new techniques from the Masters of Yoga Shaala.
All yoga Masters in Yoga Shaala are very humble and give personal attention and personal care even though it's online they fine tune me everyday. I never felt it as a distance class.
I came to know about different schools of yoga by Yoga Shaala where they teach all methods. I am very much blessed to learn BKS Iyengar Yoga even online with personal attention and proper guidance.
I feel a family like ambiance while doing yoga with Yoga Shaala members. All Masters inspire me for even tougher postures which keeps me very curious. Thank you Yoga Shaala.
Props Vinyasa / Hatha 2 classes - I really love it, because it is always a very sdynamic & challenging class with a variety of postures to strengthen the body and the mind.
The other classes I always enjoy are:-
Sivananda because of the fixed sequence and sometimes it is really nice to somehow know what to expect.
Iyengar yoga - love using the props, chair
Wall yoga class, sun salutations class, Asanas & pranayama, core & thigh class, hip opener class are some of the added excitement for me.
I tried the wheel yoga class for the first time and really enjoyed that as well.
About Priya - I am very curious to share my Yoga journey with Yoga Shaala Teacher Priya. Priya's each class is different from the others. Everyday I will be eager to learn new techniques from her. Priya's each session is dynamic, and personally encourages each participant for core strength and strength based practices. As I and my daughter together joined Yoga Shaala, my daughter never used to miss Priya's class. Priya helps us maintain our weight and strength. I thank Priya from the bottom of my heart.
I love the Twist Class by Yogesh because it makes me reach my goal. He makes us go into the pose so beautifully and come out of it so well that we never injure yourself but are able to do a lot. Thanks for sharing and caring.
About Yogesh - As yoga in Yoga Shaala is unique for me, in the same manner doing yoga under the guidance of Yogesh is phenomenal. His calm way of teaching yoga will make me feel even challenging postures as a very light one. His wall yoga and Yin Yoga are very relaxing and restorative. His explanations on breathing techniques are very informative. Yogesh is very kind, he clarifies any queries regarding yoga anytime. He is an approachable person. About Marksim - The Yogic destination for health conscious Yoga Shaala has a Vibe that emits positivity and good vibes only. Marksim Karki, who is the founder and teacher at Yoga Shaala, has the most profound influence on me, in terms of spiritual and philosophical aspects of Yoga. For his class there is a huge crowd of participants who are curious to accept his new challenges and I am one among them. As he encourages each of us to do the postures properly with breath management. Marksim helped me to realise my own potential and stretch myself beyond what I thought were my limits. It all began with focus on physical asanas but gradually through the practice I started to notice the breath while holding the postures. I realised Yoga can be benefited only when it is properly incorporated with breath techniques. He mainly concentrates on proper breathing techniques while doing Yoga Asanas. While doing Yoga online also I feel he is standing in front of me as he observes each and every participant very keenly and helps them to correct their postures. He properly tailors the Asanas according to our convenience. Marksim is a very knowledgeable and altruistic person. It's my prosperity to have such a yoga master even though my daughter started getting interested in yoga due to his challenges and encouragement towards her. His encouraging words keep her to practice more. Even in any difficulties regarding Yoga my daughter disturbs him but in his busy schedule also he solves it properly. We both are very grateful to have such a fantabulous yoga master. I want to extend my gratitude towards Marksim.

I love Stretch and Relaxation - Through a series of stretches the body opens to feel a softening and energy flow reaching all parts of the body.
I find Hatha classes at Yoga Shaala well structured and varied, the moderate pace of the classes allows me to focus on alignment.
Yoga Teacher Training Course - Thank you so much team Yoga Shaala for the teacher training course. This was more than my expectations. Lots and lots of opportunities to ask questions and examples which made the course informative and enjoyable.
